To provide clients with education, treatment and knowledge of how to
use community support systems, so that they may achieve and maintain a
substance free lifestyle:
- 95 percent of clients admitted to treatment will remain substance free while in
treatment
- 95 percent of clients completing 180 days or more of the program will report
continued drug free status six months post discharge
For clients in treatment to comply with current legal requirements and
to reduce the number of new arrests for those who have completed the
program:
- 100 percent of clients in treatment will be in compliance within 90 days of
entering the program
- 75 percent of clients will not incur any new legal involvement within the first six
months of completing the program
For clients in treatment to become and stay employed:
- 100 percent of clients will become employed part-time (30 regular hours/weekly)
within their first 45 days in the program
- 95 percent of clients that have completed 180 days of treatment will remain
employed full-time 6 months post discharge
To provide clients with the education and practical knowledge of how to
avoid communicable and infectious diseases including TB, HIV and hepatitis
and to develop a treatment plan for those already infected:
- 100 percent of clients will not contract these diseases while in treatment
- 95 percent of clients will still be free of these communicable and infectious
diseases one year post discharge
- 100 percent of clients having already been infected will be provided long term
treatment planning
For clients and their families to learn how to have healthy relationships and
recover as a unit:
- 75 percent of immediate family members will become involved with client's
treatment by discharge
